Soccer 2008

Soccer is crazy this season. Lots of new changes and they include; new freshies, new coaches, and some lame seniors that quit (but there are two great ones left, Bridget and Justine). Up above and to the left are pictures of our coaches and some of the girls that make up the lively SSA soccer team. Also above there is a picture of me and Bridget (one of the coolest seniors) and me playing some soccer.
That also is the best slide ever (well done Bridget!!!!!!!!)

To the right is the magnificent Bridget and me playing soccer. Together we are unstopable! HOLLA!

:::::::::::::::::::::ME AND BRIDGET:::::::::::::::::::::

Soccer my favorite sport and I enjoy playing for my school team. The team is full of spirit and life. Each player brings her own gifts and talents, which makes up a scary good team! Soccer is the world's favorite sport!

......Just adding on to other blog....

Hi. After 2 hours in the kitchen preparing the meal for the Gill-Bloyers Beth and I went over to their house and met little Rivers. He was/is so small, I could hardly belive it. I also got to hold him, but I forgot my camera so there's no pics form me holding him, but I'll hopefully get one sometime soon. But I'm just posting again because I said I would. He was very light as well. He was born 6 lb. 1 ounce and now it's been 2 weeks so you do the math :).

It's FEBRUARY!

I'm welcoming the month in with a SNOW DAY! Guessing from what I see outside is that its already snowed 5-6 inches and is still going!!!!!!!!!!! My little sister and brother sadly (wink wink) have to go to school today so I'm gonna be all alone today. But at least I have no school!

This afternoon actually I'm going to cook a meal with my sister for a family who just had a baby in our church. They are the Gill-Bloyers. You may know them you may not, but they have an adorable son named Rivers Kjell. I love it! It's unique! More details will come for that post later today (hopefully with some picutres).

ALSO DON'T FORGET TO WATCH THE SUPERBOWL ALL YOU FOOTBALL PPL!
I'll post for that even also.

Flat Top Grill

Tonight I went to a resturant called "Flat Top Grill." It was pretty nice. When you sit down you are given a little stick that looks like a paddle and write your name on it. It also has a number which helps the waiter to get your food to the right table. The way it works is that you go up to a buffet type table and choose whether you want rice or noodles and then choose vegetables, cheese, and meat. You then give the meal to the chefs who cook everything together and bring it to your table. When they're done then they bring it to your table.

I enjoyed the company of my family and my grandparents as well. My mom's parents came in for a visit as well as to see a performance downtown. My meal to be honest wasn't that, that great but its as fine. It was hard to choose the right kind of sauce to add to my meal because I hadn't done this before. All in all I liked the place and hope to go again.

FYI: the food in the bowl isn't mine I got the picture off the internet. :)

My First Blog Entry

Wow, I'm so excited to finally have a blog! Well to be honest I've had a blog before but I accidentally for got the code and password and all that fun stuff. I don't know what to say.
Here it goes.....
My name is Nanda Holler. I attend St. Scholastica in Chicago. I play soccer and volleyball, but mostly soccer. Last year as a freshman I beat my school's record of 19 goals to 32 goals. I guess you could say I sent the bar high! I love to hang out with friends. I like going shopping, watching movies, biking, holding babies/babysitting, go downtown and walk around and play sports. I hate flying but love to see other places. I hate flying because of the take offs and landings. I'm better with the landings but my ears tend to hurt a lot. I hate taking off cause of the GOING UP and not being on the ground, that whole feelings is crazy! I have two brothers and one sister. I'm adopted from India and am proud of it! I've been to Mexico, India, England, Brazil and all over the United States. I guess you could say I've traveled a lot.

I'm taking....
-Health
-Spanish
-English
-Theology
-Biology
-Consumer Economics

I guess I've told you a lot and hopefully you enjoyed my long list of things. I will post again shortly when I have some interesting things to say about my life or life in general.
